I can't tell you what IC's or if they are 32 or 64's.Quote:

Centon doesn't have anything to match this at the mo...infact no one does as far as I know.
As regards new results I have been hitting DDR733 with 4-2-2-12 timings with some modules, some a little lower, some a little higher ;)
I wasn't to keen on DDR2 at first...now my attitude is changing.
Simply awesome...so can you give us an idea when this is going to be released?
next week..probably monday
I tested my DDR2 + Abit AA8 (Crucial PC4300U) and DDR + P4C800 (BH-5) at 235
DDR2 + AA8 at 235*18 1:1 3-2-2-8 mchbar not modified = 5615/5610
DDR2 + AA8 at 235*18 3:4 (312) 3-2-2-8 mchbar not modified = 5974/5983
DDR + P4C800 at 235*17 1:1 2-2-2-5 MMR modified = 6084/6081
at 262 = 6660/6654...
In comparison with my P4P800SE + P4 3.4E + 2*256MB BH-5 2-2-2-5Quote:

Also I would love to see 2 gig of BH5 clock as high as I clocked these new DDR2 modules.2 gigs of BH5 at DDR733 with 2-2-2 timings...I think not;)
512MB-sticks = single-sided? :D
btw it's just awesome , how u clock ONE SINGLE 2GB-STICK that high! :slobber: :)
Now comes the waiting game.. will all the motherboard manu's go DDR2 and make chipsets capable of reaching the FSB's we may see in the future, or are they going to sit around with DDR1 to see if DDR2 pulls a rambus?
To me it looks like DDR2 may prevail.. time to sell my bh-6 I guess :D
Thx :)Quote:

I found a comparison bench from my 'ocing folders' w/ S478 and 2.4A (18x133):
32sec @4038MHz, DDR448 2-2-2-5 (18x224, 1:1)
It was at 4GHZ yes....best part is i can run the ram at 4-3-2-12 at that speed also which may get me the 32secs.BTW the system was totally unstrained and totally air cooled with a 350W PSU. Im sure with a better PSU and better cooling I may get a little high..how much will have to wait till I get back to the UK.Quote:

At the moment, I can't boot up the AA8 over 265FSB with the PRESCOTT...although with the Gallatin, about 278 is possible :(
My AA8 is stable at 284 1:1 but my Corsair PC4300U are bad (timings of course)Quote:

i wish there was a board with that combo, as your sys will be sooo much faster with this ram, than with an identical card with a diffferent connector
well hopefully we will see more solid DDR boards with time :-D
bigtoe & ryangroovy,
has OCZ heard if AMD is going DDR2 in the near future?
Looks like this was released today.
OCZ DDR2 PC2-4200 Platinum Enhanced Bandwidth Ltd. Revision 2

Bigtoe, is this the RAM you were using in this thread or was it PC2-5300, that hasn't been released yet?
it's nice, to get no answer....Quote:

tonys on a plane right now , so he wont be answering till tomorow.
which rams support 275 1:1 3-2-2-8 and 370 3:4 3-2-2-8 with 2.25v and more?
??
370 3:4 at 3-2-2 ?
