HiPro - How about 3.5 bay with brackets and faceplate compatabile with 5.25?
You have to be carefull, though, because the device will not be compatable with every board on the market. If the OCZ booster doesnt work on it with a "stock" board (no removed circuitry) then its quite likely that no booster of any style will work on the board at all.
You can't controll VTT from the dimm slot. You sill need to mod the board the regular way :(Quote:

I've already fould a lot of beta testers with different mobos so as to see what will go on with the compatibility issue.......We'll see....... ;)

VTT issue SOLVED with my DDR Maximizer as for the ABIT IC7 - IC7-G - IC7 Max3 Mobos out there......
I'd like sometime to test A64 Mobos as for that issue too.........
VTT = EQUAL to half of the Vdimm from now on with my DDR Maximizer tool......... :toast: :banana:

I'm running a Ga-k8n pro and my IC7 should be here in a few days. Also might be purchasing the epox nf3 250 or dfi nf3 250 sometime in the near future. I'd be a happy beta tester. I'd pay shipping over here of course.
I do like your idea of mounting the system in a bay and just using the dimm slot as a feed. I actually suggested someone build a device like this back when I first heard about the temp issues of the booster. Though more for the purpose of not putting a bunch of heat right next to my ram.
Any idea how efficient this device will be?

Wow... seems like there still is a market for this sort of thing even with one product already out. ;)
... what about implementing some kind of lock (like on some Antec cases) so that you need a key to access it, would be kinda nice for us that have kids that could find it interesting to play with :)
A lock, while useful would be bulky and pricey. There is an easier solution.

If you can ship it internationally for a beta test, I would try it out. If you can't I will just wait until you get them retail. Sounds even better than last time. :)
