Wow, that's quite the improvement considering richland is a "tweak" of trinity.

but if you make OC iGPU and APU at the same clock(Trinity OC as Richland), results will be the similar. I tested it...maybe only 2-5% difference, because function of Turbo at Richland is not the same.
Stilt: I made compare there: http://www.coolaler.com/showthread.p...=1#post3140835
without Ice storm (some bug at my score) are results very similar
its bug of CPU-Z...it was dualchannle. GPU I set as A10-6800K (and CPU clocks too)
Aussie retailer PC Case Gear has these slated as a June 4th release :D

The APU's are getting just about perfect to abandon dedicated cards, just need to add sidechannel memory access to them so you can drop a stick of GDDR5 in for more performance :)

What's charlie talking about?
That may be your opinion but SemiAccurate posts a lot of interesting and accurate information months before many other sites copy and post it up.
It's worth noting that subscribers get the info. first and more in-depth reports than the freebie stories posted at a later date on SemiAccurate. You don't actually need to subscribe at all to read many of the stories immediately and the special additional stories a few weeks on.
After many sleepless hours for AMD's engineers and some creative forensic analysis, AMD discovered that they could gain considerable improvement in the performance of the current architecture by further tweaking the layout of the transistors. The process has begun in Richland, but by the next generation, viewers will notice the die shot resembles a fingerprint. Who knew Jerry Sander's impact on AMD would continue by producing the global optimum for all performance metrics encoded in his loops and whirls. A big "thumbs up" to Jerry.
SemiAccurate isn't a "leak site". Their info. is generally right on the money, IME. Sure there might be an occasion when there report isn't 100% accurate but for the most part they do a good job and actually research before they report, unlike "leak sites" who have moles telling them part of the story.
SemiAccurate media is a pure shame. Charlie Demerdjian is the worst tech journalist on earth.
The guy always whine about bad journalists who tell BS but no one can beat it at this game.
He really seems near insane.
IGN reporting AMD has mini movie of Core Warriors utilizing and winning with the force of APU HSA Fusion technology. With E3 starting soon, the new next-gen Sony PS4 and Microsoft Xbox One will also showcase the power of AMD Jaguar and APU HSA Fusion technology.

AMD Richland = rebadged CPUs , rebadged iGPUs , rebadged chipsets = Disappoint , Bring ST, i want to replace my old Athlon with ST if AMD promises that ST can challenge Haswell.
Richland = more clockspeed with less power draw, less heat and higher OCs on air :). iGPU should also OC higher while the whole package will be drawing less power Vs overclocked 5800K.
You posted complete nonsense. If you don't understand Richland you should educate yourself. "informal" has it correct. There are some other goodies with Richland APUs that people have not discovered yet either. You just need to know where to look. It's right in front of your face. :)
