I normally buy stuff from the US and resell if not up to my standards...bought some 30nm Samsung sticks to bin sold two and got a 3x2 2000c9 psc xdf kit and some profit lol
i got my second kit and its much stronger tough...on W7x64 SP1 seems hard to get 2800Cl10 but easy on XP, i only see XP screens all around but i will test further this kit it went good so far i haven had much time to test
