would that increase *hem* cooling intensity? :D

DD c0ckblock - now when's it available with a pink/purple tint instead of black? :hrhr:
As soon as I see it fitted with barbs and tubes I'm gonna wince!
I'm dreading their new cpu block with its innovative weight saving flap mounting system...
I don't want to sound like a d1ck, but that block looks like a....
I loled when I saw this on tpu this morning.
I was reading that the latest batch of drivers limit the voltage so severely that there is no chance of an overclock.
I thought that the card would actually present a decent value if the chips were cherry picked and could be overclocked significantly when cooled properly.
700 + a block = less money than a pair of gtx 580, nvm the fc blocks.
But if you can't over clock it to 580 speeds... then what's the point, except maybe a ssf system.
Question-Would two of these cards be able to do Tri-SLI and the fourth GPU be dedicated PhysX? Just wondering the possibilty if the MB wasn't Quad SLI compatible, Like the RF3.
I didn't even notice it... until people started to see what they wanted to see, anyways all DD got to do is change the acrylic to a more boxy shape look and thats it. But unfortunately this block is scarred for life.. lol
any news on how the koolance gtx 590 waterblock looks? or temps?
also does anyone know how effective the ek waterblock is at cooling the VRM on the gtx 590?

i wish we could see it's internals though
Pretty much the same as in our HD6990 block. The water flows parallel through both cooling structures above the GPU. Of course they are a bit different to get an equal water flow.
Shoggy: I somewhat miss beautiful symmetrical lines/shapes of AC's 480's block. These, while no doubt effective at cooling, are a bit less of a lookers. If things come to this, then imho it's better to have plain rectangle, like that of swiftech's.
Hmm, I actually like this one better than the 480 design. It looks more solid to me, which is a good thing imo :).
do you have any test pictures on how well it performed? I'd love to see how well it cooled under full load. I do like the description that says cooling of the vregs was taken into consideration also.

This cooler combines the features of a graphics chip cooler and RAM-coolers in an elegant and very flat watercooler. Additionally the voltage regulators are also cooled effectively
Well at least it doesn't look like a penis! IMO it looks quite sexy :D

Imho better term to characterize looks of Koolance's block instead of 'sexy' is - 'sophisticated'. Lot's of small details/figures/lines. Nice result.
The AC block looks like a clog!
Koolance and EK definitely winning in the looks stakes so far...
The Koolance block is definitely my favourite :D.
Finally found some time for photos from the back and inside.

AC gtx 580 block by far looks the best so far.
