not a single typhoon hit taipei, on the contrary, for the first half of the day the sun shone, and today the sun has been blasting all day...
i even got a slight sunburn lol...
weather was really awesome today actually, lots of sun but lots of wind too, so it didnt feel that hot at all...
and i thought about it, actually it doesnt matter much whether it rains or doesnt, id recommend sandals, lots of socks and shorts either way :lol:

By the Way about kenting, Due to the typhoon between HK and TPE the forecast is not 'good' and similar to "rain - lightning - rain - rain..."...

Here is the deal : I need to work on sunday / monday for the video to be out fast...
Here is my proposition :
** Monday : hanging out in taipei with everyone that still there.
** Kenting trip : Tuesady to wednesday (as some ppl are leaving on the 16 we need to be back before.)
We can move to kenting on tuesday (better chance to have good weather) and coming back on thursday. To go there it's easy we need to take the HST (high speed train) then a bus. (IIRC cost is about : 70USD train + bus)
About hotel there, it should be easy to find B&B. The beach side is called 'nanwan' (thanks Kathy :D) and the bar are around the "busy road", both are close.
Once there there are lot of thing to do drinking... drinking or ... beach drinking.. or beach game with cute chicks... there is also the forest stuff for some hiking.

Kenting trip Reservation are needed : Please say if you want to go there or not, reservation for the hotel in kenting will be made on friday. No limitation we can be 4 or 15 that doesn't matter !

there are a few mountain around Taipei city where you actually can go hiking.
** Saturday excursion : For people that want maybe renting a car and driving 'somewhere' on the east coast throught the HUGE tunnel sitting by the sea enjoying some general stuff and coming back in town.
** Club parties :
Wednesday : Ladies night @ LUXY
Thursday : Ladies night @ brass Monkey
Friday : Guest DJ night or big party @ LUXY
Saturday : 'pick-one' Carnagie / brass monkey / LUXY
Sunday : Meal time in restaurant - Stone-bbq.com is great :D
Other activites during the week : Shrimp fishing / night market / Hangover / visiting.
