I think I fixed the problem.
So another "glitch", but that time it was made on purpose : in that version I had to remove the VCORE report on ROG mainboards (as yours Fire4Wire).
This is of course temporary, we had to do that because the concurrent accesses to the ROG chips caused troubles. We work on a fix with Asus, and I will release a sub-version just to restore support for ROG (and that time a clean one).

When i launch cpuz.exe (1.56.3) there's loading screen and after a while the file disappear from hdd and nothing happens.
Downloaded from different sources, 1.56.2 works perfect.
