wicked, thats SICK stuff your pulling up there Macci
keep pushing it
Wicked clocks Macci, 6.5 ghz and 4.8 ghz for 3D is REAL NICE!:D
I too would like to know more about this thermal medium. When you say zero mess, do you mean it doesn't spread like normal paste and keeps its form like in the picture?
Nice work Macci, and very interesting thermal contact solution!
Fast runs there sami, Congrats great cpu too
xes, very nice and contact with IHS
More cards + new aircooler arrived! (Thanks to Jimm's PC store)

Pretesting cards and setup on air. That is the new Noctua NH-D14 in the picture.

At least these retail cards are clocking a bit better than the ES ones. 1025/1150 was no problem on first runs.
More to come on upcoming weekend
Nice cards. Looking forward to this weekend benching from you guys.
Any news?
Merry Xmas to everyone!!
I decided to test some single card Vantage yesterday.
Noctua NH-D14 is doing pretty well in normal room temperature :)

You did it all on air...:D
Great score...
Very nice score and very nice cooler!
Congrats, Petri!
Thanks guys! I might try this setup in my garage next week. 30K on air would be cool to get :)
Temperature was -26 last night, so that might help a bit...
Nice score
Geez SF3D...Can't find a 5970 anywhere and you have 4! :( :p:
Sick scores there SF3D, congrats.
In january hopefully I will have a chance to test a HD5970+5870+5870 crossfire, but the 5970 one is pretested and it can run 960/1270 vantage on 1.2125v core 1.15v mem. If i would like to run it on 1000mhz engine, what should I give it? cold and voltage? In my last session I tested a sapphire 5870 and it stopped scaling after 1.2v... It was 40 45c warm under vantage but, from 1ghz engine to only 1010mhz I couldn't stabilise it with 1.25v... Can you share me some info about the vrm temperature of your card under load at 1000/1200mhz? Thanks in advance.
1,274V and 1GHz stable:

Roam temp is 20C.
How do raise mem voltage? With XFX tool?
But Vantage is better with Vista. ;)
very good card!
