Try 2000 mhz cas 8 or something like that and tell us what happened :D
They dosent run great on amd i cant get thm to do CL6 even at 1333mhz and from 1.35-1.70v no matter what it wont boot i am on a Msi GD70 and a 965BE C3
But they will do 7-7-7-18 1T at 1.42v 1600mhz

I'm also trying to get them work with a 965BE C2 and a Gigabyte MA790FXT-UD5P (latest F8 beta bios) and I'm not having luck...
- CL8 at 1600 works but the PC seems to freeze randomly
- CL7 at 1600 does not even boot
- CL6 at 1333 also no boot
Only 7-7-7 at 1333 seems to work decently until now...
lol, i just dont get how intels can run ram so much better with there new IMC when AMD has been at the IMC game for YEARS longer.....seems like most/if not all ram runs better on intel then AMD, i was thinking of getting this ram, i guess ill just get some ripjaws

This kit is highly optimized for the LGA1156 platform.

:up:Thanks for the info.
Riska, does this kit run at 1600 CL7-7-7- on GD70 stable? I thought only Micron chips and Elpida hyper can do it on AMD platform. :)
... like any other current GSkill kit. I haven't seen a single one that is approved/tested for AMD setups.
What I find interesting is that in this "Memory Support List / QVL table" of the new Gigabyte MA790FXTA-UD5, this very same ECO CL7 (F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO) is one of the verified DDR3 1600MHz kits.
Has anyone tried max stable frequency at CL9?
yes it is stable i have used that setting for 2 days now and no probs what so ever
anybody got any AMD screeshots?
Here is a quick ss it is stock timing and 1.37vmem
lmoa what ram ISNT optimized for Intel now, It seems that every company has all but forgot about AMD hell it is even harder finding a highend air cooler or waterblock for AMD then it is Intel, And it not just that a lot of the ram performs badly on the AMD systems most of it just simply WONT work, when ppl on Intels r running them 2200+ mhz at tighter timmings then we run 1600 mhz.....i just find it funny is all, IDK how AMD stays in business at this point.....

PS. look on newegg.com or any other site for that matter.....95% of the DDR3 ram listed says in one form or another made for Intel compatibility or for Intel chipset "XX", the ONLY thing u see for AMD is only one lonely kit with BEMP that isnt even supported......lmao
It's really stupid they don't have a 3x2 kit for this...
So they say they're optimized for 1156... does that mean I would have problems running them on a 1366 platform?
I'm gonna go with this kit. I really want 3x2 though, maybe I'll find someone that wants to split a kit with me. Check the FS section guys.
Not really :)

AWESOME!!! Thank you thank you thank you for the reply noxon. W3520 HERE WE COMEEEEEEEEE
With this RAM, my super silent, super fast, uber video editing/rendering rig will be SUPER SEXY
Ah... I just noticed the low BCLK in your pic, noxon. So is it true this RAM can't get high BCLK with high memory speed?
Larsmarkleson, ther3 is like 4 other threads that r talking about this ram also, im sure u can find an answer in one of them lol

Do you know which chips mounted:)?
so for extreme overclocker ripjaw or higher serie from géskill are better but for moderate overclock they are very good ?
