As I can read here the calc is :

48 Hybrid phase = 32 +3 Phase VRM (CPU+IMC) X T Probe.

According to this equation

48 Hybrid phase = 32 + 3 Phase VRM X T Probe
==> 48 = 32 + 3T.probe
==> 48-32 = 3T.probe
==> 16 = 3T.probe
==> T.probe = 5.333 phase??
