First of all, I am sure some of you know who Joel, known as RealRedRaider, is. Some of you knew he was the member who caused all problems in the Liquid Cooling section months ago. Don't believe me? You can review all his posts to find out for yourself.
He has had several infractions given by a few mods, which resulted in a ban from the Liquid Cooling section, not this entire site. Instead, they are being a coward because they are on his site. You know what would happen to them if they don't listen to, or support, Joel. :D Joel corrupted his people. Hell, the people of his are the one who reported Joel's posts in the Liquid Cooling section. :rofl: Joel has to maintain his relationship with S!derwinder Comp., B!tspower, and some other companies in order to increase his popularity, that always makes the cowards stay on his site.
A few days ago, Joel created some new title, "Red's Legendary People," encouraging the cowards to get that title. What to do or how can you get that title? Well, you have to make yourself permaban from this site. Recently, two members of RRTech came here and posted :banana::banana::banana::banana:ography photoshopped, with the head of FUGGER and Vapor, images, to get themselves banned hoping to get the title for what they did here.
Finally, we cannot tolerate this. We have decided to eliminate both the cowards of Joel and the companies who support Joel from here, NOT because of their products. We do not want them here anymore.
XtremeSystems is 100% innocent. (No, I don't say this just because I am an administrator. I am neutral. I am telling the truth.) We always try to find what is best for our people here. We do not ban anyone for no reason. Unfortunately, every member who gets banned from this will always do stupid things to this site. I mean, it is obvious.
RRTech, just stay away from XtremeSystems.

OK ... this is one of those posts I may later regret, but as an active participant in the LC section, I'll just state my position and move on.
First, I believe censoring the product names is only adding fuel to the fire. BUT, I was not the one who was personally attacked and can certainly understand the frustrations. If I knew of a better way to deal with the situation, I'd offer it up ... but I'm at a loss.
I no longer participate on RRTech; but I felt what they did was not affecting me. Just because I don't understand the mentality doesn't mean they don't have the right to behave as they do. But, earlier today, while reading a thread in the LC section, an extremely offensive photo popped up in a post. Before I could hit report, the post was deleted. That post has made a lot very clear to me, and also helps me understand the position of the folks in charge here. I then logged on to their site, to verify for myself that the shenanigans originated there.
At that point, I took it upon myself to notify the vendors who support that site - whether officially or by allowing their names to be on the banner - that I would not be purchasing from them in the future. This hurts me more than them, as it limits my selections. But, it is a matter of principle. A miniscule impact on their business, but I didn't know what else I could do. I'm NOT calling for a group boycott of any particular vendors, just stating what I've done.
I find this whole situation disappointing and disgusting. There are folks there who have knowledge and it's unfortunate that it's lost to us here at XS. I'd rather not see people banned from Site A because they choose to participate in Site B - some innocent bystanders are sure to get sacked in the process. BUT, once again, I appreciate the fact that folks here needed to take a stand.
There is room on the internet for multiple forums - on just about any given subject. I've been a part of the drama of forum splits before, and no one wins. I also have a hard time seeing how to build a successful new forum when it's built on hate and negativity. I do not understand the mentality of those who lead, or those who follow such activities. I do know that, as much as possible, we need to put this behind us and get on with sharing information with each other about our hobby. I come here to learn, and to get away from the stresses of every day life. A bit of drama can be entertaining ... the recent actions from the folks at RRTech have crossed way over the line. Let's hope people come to their senses and get on with innovation in liquid cooling.

RRR and I had no issues at the time.
Once in a while he'd PM me and ask me to move a thread that someone had misplaced and I was happy to help.
Then it started to look like he was VERY strongly pushing XXXXXXXXXXX Computers as a place to buy from but again, no issue at first, but it went on and on and on.
I finally said to him what I was seeing and if that wasn't the case maybe he should back off a little and he did, for a short time.
Then I got wind of a scheme that he was trying to get others into. To promote said company's products on the forum in return for parts,etc.
Then I was sent a word doc that he'd sent to one of the members about this with the plan to call the company Newco with him as CEO and others named as partners and CFO. The others were two companies that both have accounts here. I read this as shilling.
A paid tout whose "job" is to promote companies for profit and then he was banned.
Now he will deny this but I swear to you on my daughters souls that this is God's truth and ask yourself one question:
Why would I lie about this? What gain is there for me here?
The answer is I am not and there is no gain for me at all.
Now over the months he's recruited a few people who get a kick out of the fact that there are no swear filters there and a few that were banned from Xs from their actions so they came to him prepped to hate XS because of the bans.
But that wasn't enough for Joel.
We'd slowed his plans and the hate grew and grew.
His site became full of disgusting anti Xs threads.
It looked like he was spending many hours a day reading Xs just looking for someone to make an uninformed comment so he could tear them apart on his site.
Then apparently that wasn't enough for him.
one of his minions, Worthy, came here a few days ago and posted a disgusting pic of two men in a homosexual act and chopped Fuggers face onto one of them.
It was immediadely deleted and Worthy was banned.
last night at 2am I spent over three hours reading posts at that site and based on those hate posts and with Fuggers approval I banned app 30 members here.
It's escalated since then including at least two more images posted today.
Some think we should just ignore them and they will go away but I disagree. When you have someone like Joel that is this consumed by hate you don't ignore it, you cut it out like the cancer it is.
Now the bottom line is joel and his buddies crossed many legal lines today including enticing others to perform a DDOS attack on XS and I have the screenshots to prove it.
They say don't get mad get even and thats exactly what I plan to do. To get him removed from the net and brought before both criminal and civil courts for his actions.
Lets see if he's still laughing when all of this plays out.
You folks asked and there is the God's truth of why this is taking place.
