The titanium was about $120 CAD total. I got a 24"x12" sheet, but there were some screw ups so I had to do get another sheet which was 12"x12".

Unfortunately I missed a measurement on the back plate so i had to get a new one formed. Then the guy screwed up some of the pieces when he formed them. He claims 1/16" is industry standard for tolerances... Which it may be, but for my stuff that was just not precise enough.
