On the template front there's not much to say, 103 PCi/e will get you upto 230. Over 230 you need a minimum 108, 110 will push past 240 BCLK if your CPU is capable.
The only 3 voltages you need to wrry about vary so wildly from CPU to CPU that it's almost impssible to use the settings of one on another (Vcore, VTT and VDimm) and expect the same results. Play with CPU Impedance and QPI Comp for stability at high BCLK, again this varies according to the IOH and your CPU.
