ben i didnt expect it to be what i thought of the waterfall
if the waterfall was set back a little bit more in the res it would let the water have a chance to curve

I like it :)
it's looking very clean allready ;)
The video demonstrating the EK-BAY SPIN Reservoir Flow Rate Effects is now online!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaz5k1IF82s
Please keep in mind that pump is connected directly to the reservoir and in most cooling loops there will be lower flow rates.
One concern I have with the liquid being directed at the front of the reservoir is that people may notice erosion over time when using liquids with small particles (such as Primochill or Feser).
That would be a relatively simple mod ;)
Lol well I still have a ways to go, don’t worry.
nice twister ;D
For some reason I seem to collect fans……It’s not intentional, they just build up lol.

I will be using the Noise Blocker fan as the rear exhaust fan

DVD drive and Testing Bench
Since I have nowhere to paint I decided to try a vinyl adhesive….. Seeing how it was my first time working with vinyl adhesive I’m quite pleased with the results.

Yay your alive!! n__n
This looks beautiful. I was thinking of buying a Raven. All black interior, good cable management as you have shown, whats not too like.
Whats the cooling like in this beast?
Cant wait for pictures of the hardware :yepp:
Great job!
w00t!
Keep em' coming.
Really nice work so far Ben
Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Great Work.
Keep Going
WOW
That looks really nice ...... wait that doesn't quite do it justice - that looks :banana::banana::banana:n awesome!!
More pics please :D
In case anyone was wondering, the stickers/logos on the PSU have not been removed.
OMG I WAS DEAD?? To be honest, im not a fan of the hotswappable HDD setup at this time. The cooling is very good. Unfortunately there aren’t many choices if you want to replace the 180mm fans.
Thanks!
Yes?
Will do!
looks pretty good :) keep going Ben
Last Thursday/Friday night (I don’t sleep Tuesday or Thursdays) I had something of a revelation. I realized how often I change hardware not to mention cases. To simplify this process in the future I’ve decided to build a radiator enclosure. Depending on the size and complexity of the enclosure I might start yet another build log.
Unfortunately I have already shipped my computer but the good news is I have more parts coming!!
Aqua Computer Ball valve internal thread G 1/4 without fittings
Bitspower Anti-Vibration Rubber Bolts M4 - 4pcs/Set
Custom Cut Length 1/2 Expandable Sleeving
Custom Cut Length 3/8 Expandable Sleeving
Custom Cut Length 1/4 Expandable Sleeving
Custom Cut Length 1/8 Expandable Sleeving
UN Designs Z-Bracket for 3G or Absolute Pump Brackets
Tygon R3400 1/2in. ID 3/4in. OD Laboratory
Bitspower Silver Shining Rotary 90-Degree G1/4 Adapter
Feser TFC Xchanger - Monsta Extreme Radiator 420/360
Bitspower Black Freezer EIX58NSC for EVGA X58 Classified
Bitspower Black Freezer MOS EI58DP II POM Version - for EVGA Classified
Yes it's a great thing to do, especially if you upgrade/move cases yearly.
I really like mcoffey's rad enclosure.
you have done justice to the case ben549
i love the outcome of this build
Looks awesome, Ben.
incredible build!
can't wait to see more
very nice
Unfortunately, none of my stuff (including my case) has arrived from SF!!
I went ahead and ordered some new hardware for this build:
EVGA E760 CLASSIFIED 1366 Intel X58 EATX Intel Motherboard
2x CORSAIR Dominator GT 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional 7.1 Channels PCI Express Interface Sound Card
Excellent build in this Raven!! ;)
Wow some crazy awesome hardware going in! :)
Hardware Updates!!!

 Nice hardware... what CPU you matching up that Classified and Domninator GT's... thing is gonna fly
:slobber: me wants
Those dominators and the classified alone are almost as much as I spent on my entire build last time (in Aus $ that would be around $1800-$2000 - bloody exchange rate :shakes:)
