Nice board and nice score on air
Yes very stable. It is still going while I type this message BTW :D

how many CPUs did you test before you found this one :p::p::p:
almost 4.2GHz is GOOD on air, that stable ;)
anybody knows the max voltage over time for these nehalems? 1.51v seems a littlebit high...? 40-50% over stock :(
temps jakup?
Full load temps are around 65c or so, but remember that I am using a Tuniq Tower Socket 775 cooler with modified with ties so that it can work :D I would not trust my temps as real world situations :) Since it is not mounted properly.
Here is a preview at the OC utility that will be bundled with the EVGA X58.

Unreal results from Nehalem. I'm severely impressed. I only wish my lolly CPA career could pay for a such a beast.
Great job man. :)
Jakub, please show us 1 hour prime95 with SMALL FFT at > 4 Ghz and vcore < 1.4volt.
No sense in destroying the cpu at 1.5 vcore and fooling us at 1 Minute prime ;)
thx
thx for posting and ya Fr3ak its looking like clockgen hehe
nice OC Utility jAkUp! would it be exclusive on EVGA boards?
Jacob, what do you have the PWM frequency set at? And how's the temperature of the mosfets?

nice review ocing on this processor - rock solid stablity
I wanted a Gigabyte or Asus for my next X58 mobo. Not anymore. Great job!
Jacob,
Very nice results :)
Ton
Thoroughly impressive results.
Impressive.
**This is not a flame, just curious and trying to get an idea of what's going on**
1.52v? That seems pretty high considering we've seen longer Prime runs at 1.36v
And 18 minutes of Prime isn't exactly 24/7 stable.
It's great for benching at those speeds, but what could you operate at full time?
Again, not trying to be negative, just looking for more information to help me decide which board to get.
What speed memory does the evga mobo support trying to decide on wether this mobo is suitable for me
that is mean :) nice work m8
If I were to mount a TRUE vertically on this board, would the cooler go beyond the mobos edges?
I have a V2000 and there is almost no room for a cooler mounted vertically. This board seems to have the socket closer to the mobos edge than for example the RIIE.
