Incredible bandwith  I'm waiting for subzero :D
In that case I deffinately wont be buying Nehalem.
I'll skip it and wait for the next. The only DDR3 ram you can safely use then is 1333 Mhz, not much improvement from my 1150 to bother upgrading to just for triple channel.
No 1600 - 2000 Mhz DDR3 can be used without damaging the Nehalem CPU
If Intel are telling the truth that is.
wow excellent bw and latency...
bhavy read more stuff...it won't damage the nehalem... there is a workaround by manufacturers..

X58 Platinum for me please!!!
TBD goes with 4xPCI-E x16! Woooooow...madness...
I still prefer the look of my lollercoaster though :(

I wish I could get exactly the same layout and cooling. Im a copper loop freak.
too slow :-) , u got a crazy system congrats
I CANT BELIEVE THIS
20Gb/s read is just AMAZING!
Can somebodytell me if Tripple channel memory can work as dual-channel mode too?
I might just save the money that I planned on spending on some RAM and save a little more for a Tripple Channel :D
Ok concerning the 1.65v vdimm can damage the MCH of nehalem, although that's what intel say, apparently if you keep the MCH:Vdimm ratio as close to 1:1 as possible then no damage will result, and a minimally higher vdimm is also apparently ok. The MCH voltage goes up to 1.85v, so perhaps 1.9 - 2.0v vdimm is going to be ok. I guess the guys that upgrade to the new platform and start pushing it long 24/7 can establish this as true or just talk.
Nope, its all copper loops:

Pffff.... Aluminium, ewwwww!!!
(Picture to show why I want a lollercoaster again).
I like MSI, but they are now begininning to make their motherboards more normal to fit in with the rest of the crowd.

I'll just be buying another one of these though:

Bah, back in stock and I bought a pair for £54 each :(
If you want DDR3 on the cheap, just buy these, invalidate the warranty and remove the stickers / slap on some good heatspreaders:

(I posted the wrong link before to 1066 Mhz modules).
Fully equipped with brilliant D9JNM chips -

And a decent overclock for a Combo motherboard with only 6 Phases:
http://img252.imageshack.us/img252/9581/1700gw2.jpg (They also do 1600 Mhz 7-7-7-21 with 1.75v, but I didnt screen cap this yet)
Stick em in a Gigabyte or Asus mobo and you should be able to reach 1800+ Mhz.
Looks like a nice board. Great work with the memory.
Yes, I am ready for a nehalem upgrade, but I wont get it right away on launch, I'll wait 4-6 months for prices to come down. 1.8v on the ram wont damage the CPU right? Because that is how much my sticks are using. But then if the thrird ram module I buy isnt as good as the two I just got ...
:shocked::shocked::shocked:
But 1,7V MCH isn't dangerous for 24/7,from X48 1,7VMCH was alot
I was torn between this board and the Asus if I don't see some impressive reviews on the Asus board I know what will be in my shopping cart.
Not so, we'll be doing 1866+ at 1.65v

Ewww... Corsair :stick:
How much will it cost? £500?
Good bare micron D9JNM > All expensive stuff. Even the G. skill 1600 Mhz kit was too expensive for me.
I'll be highly interested if any Ram manufacturer could create some bare modules that can still be protected by warranty if heatspreaders are stuck on.
