5 GHZ ON WATER
dear god this thing is a beast
1 question :p which is the batch of that CPU? i didn't read that in other page of this thread :s
q822a435
Woa! Nice Scores! You should try LN2 for best Scores! :D
Sorry man, but your Scores are not with CPU on air or water. I have seen your Compare @hwbot, your CPU must be on LN2, because it ist not on 8x 6xxx, its on 10x 6xx.
Look guys here is the Compare: http://service.futuremark.com/result...eResultType=10
no on the orb if you lower the multiplier from default which is 10x on e8600 to say 8 like spl it still times the fsb by the default multiplier which shows 6ghz instead of 600fsb by 8, 4.8 ghz that its actually running at same on everybodys its just a bug of the orb
spl, can you explain why others are needing over 6 GHz to have a prayer to match your scores??
I know...but his GT2's are still untouchable. At 600x8, I get "only" 1170 fps.
And surely there's some trick to dodge this bugginess, no? :)
Clearly Kinc and spl have figured something out that none of the rest of us have. :p:
yes it seems a low cpu clock for the score but all the test scores add up so it seems right imho, most of the bugged scores have a normal wings of fury fps for the cpu speed ,a proxycon and trolls lair thats too fast for the cpu speed and a low nature score for the cpu speed, there is a couple on hwbot top twenty which have the giveaway low nature score for 130k nature should be 970fps upwards
My scores-
4.5GHz

4.8 GHz

05 at 4.8GHz looks okay...

I don't think it's bugged, there's something else going on here. Could be board related, all cores not running the same speed, AI...we'll figure it out if we keep digging.
Just for the record, you guys all bench with a desktop resolution of 1024x768, right?
A magician never gives away his secrets, no ;)
Could it be so simple, LOL post #74 :D
Unfortunately no :(
