its much faster clock for clock, the 9650 @ 3.8 beat my 6600 @ 4.005 in w-prime speed by .1s. add in the head room to go to 4.1-4.15 24/7 on a good mobo and youve got a winner :up:Quote:

These newer chips must be able to take 1.45 but about 1.40 tops for 24/7. But it's just luck of the draw if you get a good chip. As soon as you take it over 1.25v which intel recommends the that's your warrenty gone in a second that's the risk we take.
are you stable at these settings or is that just boot to windows. Can you run some more test but don't go over 1.45 uless you want to fork out for new board soon. I fried my gigabyte board with 1.42. So play it safe. Nice clocksQuote:
