Now, I don't know if you've hit any issues yet, but please don't use 4 DIMMs with that motherboard;
I owned one back when they came out, and once I leapt to 4GB ram, it all went to hell. The motherboard wouldn't hot boot, and Gigabyte's Tech Support was.... putting it very kindly... useless. I spent two weeks talking to them, sent it in, and got it back as "works fine".
Sorry it has been so long since an update guys, needed some winding down time after Uni exams.
Well, had a big change of pace today, saw a Lian Li V350 in the flesh and fell in love with it! Hence, I brought one right home. Currently in the process of putting the parts into it (will have pics later) and hopefully my Bitspower dual rotary 90's are here in the next couple of days so I can start on the water cooling.
Yes, the plan is still MCR220 internally fitted, all parts are the same as before.
All silver parts on the case will be anodized to match the exterior :)
looks like a real tight fit .. this is gonna be a real challenge
Yes, will be, but I'm sure it will be fine. I have a couple of ideas for placement of the radiator, tossing up between them as to which will look most at home with the style of the case.
Well, just received my Bitspower order FINALLY after being messed around a bit by e-tailers. Not a huge order but it's all I need to have this loop looking schmick. Update soon with them installed.

Put some of the fittings in:

And then started putting together the hardest part of the loop, the CPU -> GPU section:

And then trial fitted it back in the case to check it cleared the HDD cage:

Moire updates soon!
Nice work statts!
Those BP rotaries work a treat. Keep it coming.
Uffff that was a tight fit.... got love those 45....
nice work :)
Looking good, what will you be using to cool the memory of your 8800GT ?
Looking good so far, keep jamming it!
Looks nice so far. From that last pic I'd have gone around the end of the card and if the 90 degree fitting will fit have that connected directly to the GPU block.
Well, sure has been a loooong time coming, but have started to do some more work on this project. Today, started the mounting of the radiator and fans to the case side....

Not my cleanest work, but all cuts will be hidden between the radiator and fans, so I'm not too bothered.
More pics when the rad is mounted. Need to find the right size hole saw.
Hey, I'm fitting a rad in a SG-01, I've done it a bit different to you.
Here's the picture:

Well done, hope it all works out :)
that link between cpu and gpu looks sweet!
:orders more rotarys and 90's:
Well, as promised, a little bit of progress today. Got myself some new hole saws for the side panel pass-through and the fill port and drain port. Pictures speak better than I.....

is the tubing going over the card kinking or is it a wacky optical illusion?
Well, got some more work done today. Ran out of compression fittings the other day so had to do an emergency order. Received them today and got straight to work......
Pump mounted. 'Q' rotary fitting comes from GPU to pump and off to fill port and drain port:

Better view with tube from fill port visible:

Just have to do the Rad -> CPU tube now, which is going to be the hardest of the lot, given the lack of space!
