Just to confirm and back up BenchZowner, the event is invitation only.

There's any upcoming Gigabyte event that has preliminaries based around the world. The US one has just recently been held, the Australian one is August, so check with your local GB supplier if/when there is a qualifier for your region and you might get the chance to see everyone at the finals in Taiwan :)
