so its a bug , not a magical driver that was going to heal our pain from not so good preforming of GTX280?

This will only make a difference in the games that support PhysX, correct?

just tested on 9600GT,the Physx software does not work. The Geforce Physx is greyed out
Your vantage result > Cpu sore 8136 to 40000 ?
What im confused? :(
Which driver for 64bit Vista actually works then? Or non of them?
Download the current driver from the nvidia website and then the pysics driver from this thread. Once you load the physx go into start->programs->Nvidia->Physx config. Confirm that gpu physx is enabled.

^^ First page check out UT3 benches.
Can anyone actually test games such as gears of war or UT3?
Nice to see UT3 is one of the games with this support as that's what I keep playing all day long. :)
Just typical of NVIDIA prioritizing their newer products to get this support first, NVIDIA have had a habit of forgotting or not caring about their previous gen customers etc.
^^ well then can you confrim that UT3 runs better? You've got a g92 card so a modded inf and you'll be sweet!
You ca also test Cellfactor.

CellFactor: Revolution is an action-packed first-person shooter that takes advantage of the capabilities of the dedicated AGEIA PhysX processor, but is playable even if you do not have the Physx accelator card.
Does this work on a 8800GTX with a modded .inf for the 177.39 driver? :)
It did not work with my current 177.35 with modded .inf...
Got both Vista x64 and PhysX software. Edit. Managed to make an edited inf for 8800 GTS 512. Anyone can help to try out?
Edited inf for 8800 GTS 512 G92. Only for Vista x64. I have no time to try it out so anyone can help to try out?
