now thats what i'm talking about.. nice SPi times dinos :toast:
Nice cpu.... 1.47v @ 4gs is
12.516s also is  ..... I never thougth Ill ever say this but wanna trade cpus lol......
hehehe you have too many nice toys to count :p:
imaging this chip under your tripple rotary cascade  :D
hahah thanks mate >>> i work 6 days a week and hours are long so i take it as it comes.......if i do too much benching two things happen: 1) i get sick of it and stop it alltogether; 2) my wife cuts my balls off :D
thanks mate >>> those times can improve more :D
thanks mate >> lol trade CPUs > you would have to put your house on the line for this one :p: :p: :p: :D j/k
i am still waiting for MSI mobo for subzero testing guys :( so i donno i hope it comes
I finally got my PC up and running... I gotta say... I'm gonna try my best to beat that E6700
3.2Ghz @ 1.2v under load (1.3 set in bios) I'm just using simple water cooling with a bit of Ice from the Ice maker... lol
http://i8.tinypic.com/6h7224y.jpg
lol try using normal water and do that at 1.31v 3.6GHz with 20+ ambient :p: :D
Problem is, My ambients are ussually 30C+ and my rad is a POS... I have a Thermaltake Big Water SE for cooling lol.
30+ in May
what the heck....where do you live lol
Puerto Rico... thats like my year round temp...
Northern Hemisphere dude, opposite seasons to us.
Also, James will be experiencing some 28-35 degree days lately up in Darwin, so those temps are still around.
Dinos, come out to Western Syd, ambients were 5C this morning
I am gonna go outside & freeze my nuts off one of these nights for some cool, fresh air benching. Waiting for the signs of ice on the grass first, which shouldn't be too far off :)
Luis, looking good, but you still have a long way to go in order to match Dinos's E6700. Keep us posted though if you succeed.
dinos22 any results yet.. hahahaha just kidding.. :) hope my upcoming chip brings me home.. :D
I'm subscribed to your post the 1st day.. hehehehe :D
I got a let down... After 3.6, its hard to stabilize this CPU... its HOT!
I'm gonna keep on tweaking and see if I can get 4ghz bench stable.
got me there Rev :rotf:
damn your updates dinos. I could match your excellent chip @1.57v, then I saw above. http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=200507
To be fair though I did use water. Very nice chip you have.
Mine is a 'B' also. 627. I like mine. Some don't like the B's. I think that they do very well at lower volts. They may run hotter. That is the most volts I've used on this one. I pounded my 6600 with 1.8v quite a bit. I'm getting ready to try it out on this board. It ran great in the AW9D. I'm not so sure about doing that with this B though. It probably wouldn't hurt it but I'm not real sure it would be so beneficial.
Well, I discovered the issue as to why 3.6 is hard to achive... I ran bemchmarks @ 3.66 with 1.5 set in bios and it was instant crash... set it to 1.55, it passes 3Dmark06... I went to try prime and checked the volts... 1.55 set in bios = 1.48 idle and 1.42 when I instanly started prime
Great CPU ;)
Need some LN2 :D
Congratz
damn !!!
4x 6700 with same batch/fpo in stock @ work
i bought a MSI 8800GTS 320MB Lite Graphics card
this card defaults at 514/798MHz >> benchmarked at 653/1004
had a bit of a test tonight
and wow i reduced vcore and managed to run 3DMARK06 at 3970MHz 1.48V(1.47v loaded)
http://img234.imageshack.us/img234/3...nts397gca5.png
i bumped the vcore to 1.5v and ran 4GHz benchmarks on this E6700. What a CPU
card isn't bad either ;) :D

in fact, they have 9 pcs
they are all the same or there is a way to choose a better one (without testing them)
FPO ?
