Yes, Trp 3 is slower than Trp 4 with P5B Deluxe if you have 1067 strap in use, same goes with Trcd (3 is slower than 4).

What does happen after running even over 2.3v for a while is that you can no longer post in a board with a cleared cmos. It ends up needing the juice like a junkie. Maye one will post alone, but even that gets dicey after a while. I have made quite a stucy of this unfortunate syndrome.
