I got one of those. Exactly the same stepping and everything else. (I could swear that CornerJack had taken a picture of the box of my CPU.)

Unfortunately I am still with stock cooling and so, this is the maximum I can get now (haven't checked on stability yet).

Any recommendations? I know my memory is crap... but it should do at less DDR2-1000 with some more volts.

But since I left OC'ing since my A64 3000+ Winnie times... I have almost no clues on how to OC a C2D properly. Timings, what Voltages are safe, what temps are safe, do\don't, mem:fsb ratio (should i aim 1:1?).

My goal is to have it OC'd as it can be, while stable enough to use it 23.99/7 (i sleep on the other 0.01), but a few high Mhz shots just to brag are not that bad either ;).

So if someone cares to help, I'd be appreciate. This CPU is a killer.
(Note: Bios on the P5WDH is 1901).

@ fredd_ber : cooling = dry ice... so now you're asking me to hit FSB 500??? Well, show me your E6300 @ 125% oc'ed stable (like mine), then i'll give you the 500.. fair enough? ;)

If someone is interested in same stepping \ week e4300 as CornerJack's and mine, you can get them where I did get mine, a Portuguese Shop called Techsul. (www.techsul.pt)

Last time I was there they had 3 in stock and they told me that they might have two more in storage (but aren't sure of the stepping of those).

But, unfortunately, they had no tuniq towers for me :(

Spi 32M doesn't mean anything comparable to 3D benchies to me... :rolleyes: Only a time of computation. ;) It's a aim per se.

@Jozzy: Is week 40 good then? I also have a week 40 E4300 Q640A275, Havent had chance to use it yet cos my DS3 has an old BIOS rev and wont boot :(

Re stable @ 3.80GHz, I very much doubt it unless your using very chilly water, if you have an exceptional chip maybe 3.70GHz but I would love to see you proove me wrong :clap: :D
