Heatsink is the heatpipied one. I don't think I will need an aftermarket cooler since the 80mm fan is attached to the heatsink by four plastic clips. I will just replace the fan.

Test bed RAM configs.....those people are not dealing with reality yet.

Memory:
2048MB DDR2-800 SDRAM (Mushkin XP2-6400PRO, 2 x 1024MB, DDR2-800, 4-4-4-12);
2048MB DDR2-800 SDRAM (Mushkin XP2-6400PRO, 4 x 512MB, DDR2-800, 4-4-4-12).

That amount of RAM ain't squat. I want to see 4 x 1024 or 4 x 2048. 2gigs will be low in 2007 in Vista/DX10 rigs.....this is not giving anyone a good yardstick to measure and contemplate further PC builds.

I will probably purchase Vista basic or something cheap. I wouldn't need ultimate anyway.

Nope, wasn't a beta tester. Never bothered signing up for one.

This is going to cost few grand to upgrade all my OS.... Just going to buy one copy at release date and wait.

Soldered IHS isn't exactly what you go around pulling

I have vista 32/64bit ultimate edition, you can get them over seas mate online. :D

I don't need ultimate edition. It's like using 1000w PSU on a rig that requires only 200w.
