any news ?
i ve fill the 3 stages i show on first stage and i d like to compare with you about pressure, temps , and other :)
charged with 507/1150/14
unload, hp on 3 stage is 7.5 bar and -135
second stage is 13.5 bar hp
hp on first stage in not hot
waiting for news about yours :)
desperately waiting for updates too :)
Wil 402/1150/1150 work good? I cant get r14 in Norway :(Quote:

You can ask cold_ice if he can send you some R14. :)Quote:

i have :
PG135X1C-4DZDE2 in first stage => 8k - 8k1 BTU/h 13.5cc
PG135X1C-4DZDE2 in second stage => 8k - 8k1 BTU/h 13.5 cc
NK164P LG R407c serie in third stage => 9k7 - 9k8 BTU/h 16.5 cc

both are rotary :)
Tyrou's cascade is made like thisQuote:

skirms_fr: have u done some load on it? :D and about try to mix a litle argon on 3rd? no?
:toast:
well... i finaly get the 2 compressors for 2nd and 3rd stage, it is for r22 becouse i can get it cheaper, and as i'v seen on: http://www.lge.com/products/componen...r_QJseries.jsp
one is 15500BTU
another is 17000BTU
from compressors i'm ok! i think :D

:toast: more soon as i got some free time :D
wow...monsters
they are very nice compressors there ricky, should make a great 3 stage.
got to love the rotary compressors hey:toast:
Go go master!!!! Always impressing!
Can I have a chance to test my rig on that monster? :eek:
Congratz on the achivements!
Jorge
thanks ppl!!!
i haven't gone to drink beers with friends to make this so, just say it's perfect!!! hehehe

the other compressor and oil sep are on my old cpu cascade it will are the last things to assemble!
:D
Holy smokes that's clean!
if you mean 1150 in the second and third stage,it won't be any colder than a 2 stage and you will have less capacity because of the extra"heat of compression" from the extra compressor.Quote:

Wow Ricky, this is looking awesome. Those are Some beasts of compressors! Subscribed! Good luck man!
Wdrzal, for long use 3 stage cascade with R1150 on 2 and 3 stage is really bad idea, but if it`s just for temporary use...why not, until he won`t buy better gas for 3 stage he can use R1150 on III stage.
He will gain extra *C, I with just a little bit colder HX in 2 stage cascade (-55*C under load, autocascading stage, you know that unit) got -103*C @ 215W load, so much better than "normal" II stage cascade with ethylene.
I believe Fugger has 1150 in the second and third stage of his three stage.;)
it may be easier to condense more 1150 or have more sub-cooling or run at a lower low side pressure,Quote:

So a 2 stage with the same low side pressure,mass flow and sub-cooling will do exactly the same. with a smaller condenser or less air flow,since you don't have to add the extra "heat of compression" from the third stage compressor using a second stage gas.
Awesome ricky, huge oil sep.
saw this "little big baby's" :D today, and i can say, they put some respect :slobber:
Big expectations from new little HX's
Cascade itself, layout designed the best way, i think ;)
thanks sl4ck, your cascade go very well too!!!
some work today!! :D
