Right now my set is sitting at 1080mhz 5-5-4-12-21-2T 2.28vdimm
I'm trying to tweak my timings, maybe 4-5-4 or 5-4-4. Any suggestions?

D'9s like the V.dimm increase if you crank them up. 2.4 it's fine, If you can try to have a fan blowing air on them it does help over the long run.Quote:

I'm reading that Micron D9s and the Gigabyte DS3 don't play nice together... Is this true?
Is it worth it for me to buy these if my OCZ Plat is stable at 5-5-5-15 (445 - 450MHz) with my e6300 (3110GHz) Is it worth $50 more than I paid for the OCZ sticks to get the Crucials? What is the typical overclock for an e6300?
Very nice, a low cost high quality kit. :)
i ordered my kit tuesday night and got it for the $229, finally i buy i feel some what safe with cause i now the price ain't gonna drop anytime soon
about time a cheap, overclocker-friendly 2gb kit comes out. RAM prices are absolutely rediculous. this crucial is definitely worth the money.
Should I get the Crucial or the Team Xtreem 2 Gb Kit DDR2 (2 x 1Gb) 3-3-3-8 667 Mhz for 280 @ Tankguys?
It's up to if you want to pay the extra $50. I think this Crucial Memory has proven itself to be a real good bargain.Quote:

Well I just bought a set too... I hope they play nice with my DS3 and E6300. Now I just need to sell my OCZ Plat. PC6400 4-5-4-15 kit.
well i maxed everything out last night, ram hit 1100 mhz at 5-5-4 with 2.37vd but this was because my CPU only does 2800mhz.
My 24/7 OC is 2.17vd @ 5-5-4-12 and 1080mhz
Curious, have you tried running @ cas 4?Quote:

They said they were going to ship to canada a year ago, whatever happened to that??:confused:Quote:

Got mine just now.... will test tonight but I am still waiting for a bios update from Gigabyte to fix the Micron D9 issues.
so how high can we set the V before the crucial warranty voids?
also does taking off heatpreaders still void warranties? I would like to check if mine are D9GMH as well.
i think it's 2.2 before voiding warranty and removing the heatspreaders should void it too. mine sitting in a box somewhere out of reach right now
