You honesly tell me that the BEST SINGLE RUN that BA does is 12.59, at 1200MHZ, yet some how, OPB runs DUAL PI only 30 seconds slower than that and over 80mhz less on ram with loose as crap subtimings?

What for ? 1.7V+ is needed only when you go 4.5GHz+ (impossible w/E6300) ;) 1.65V is more than enough

it was a tweaked XP for Pi, but your 1M is too fast :confused:
our timings was 5-5-5-15.. well here is my friends result with Conroe E6600@4051mhz cooled by h2o, you cant be faster :eek:

ask something easier ;) just ran @ 4GHz under DI w/tweaked`n`kastrated OS ... thats it ...

Can you link the modded bios? CAn you take a pic of your mem settings in the bios and post it? there are a lot of new options in that bios.
btw Great overclocking TaPaKaH!

All the tweaks I remember (than can be counted to improve the 1M time)

1)pagefile usage of my OS @ idle is only 31MB (it`s a mix of WinXP & Win2003)
2)"fresh`n`clean OS
3)during the 1M run the "Explorer" was turned off
4)ran 1M several times in a row
5)tight subtimings (as in P5B BIOS) 5-35-8-8-8-8

question not to me - all I know about is that it is "cutdown" version of WinXP (C:/WINDOWS ~140Mb) with a couple of files imported from Win2003
It doesn`t even have such things as "Networking" and "Control Panel" :)

well i've benched high FSB and not happy with some early comparisons....that's why i asked

Actually P5b has 400 strap and maybe even 467 strap :) But sure time looks very good, usually allendale is like 2s slower for 1M
