EDIT (again): is it really enough with that 350W PSU from HEC for 7900GS?

It is actually a beautifull card :)
i got myself one aswell. And on stock volts it oc'd all the way up to 580 on the core and 1600 on the mem. Then i put 1.5v on the core and 730MHz core was perfectly stable :O now i have 24/7 settings of 1.4v on the core combining it with 675MHz core. that together with a 2.4GHz AMD i hit 8750 05 marks, quite nice if you ask me... i'll go SLI soon it think

I bought an evga yesterday and it came with the 7900GS sticker but behind i can see the previous sticker and it's written 7900GT. If someone didn't understand what i said i can put some pictures.

So i ask if can i flash to the 7900GT bios. Can I?

Try to unlock pipes with RivaTuner first... But I guess it won't work...

Some more people here with vmodded 7900GS? Ich got mine now (Palit/Xpertvision) and I am stable running this nice card @ 658/1586 without any mod (geo +0).

But I guess layout is different - could you please have a look at this? Do your cards look the same? Or am I looking in the worng area? ;) I don't even find the starting point...

how is it 1800mhz when on the ati tool it says 400-455? mhz mem clock?

ATI Tool is a little bugged.
It displays only 1/2 of the memory speed with my card, guess its the same for 7900GS.
So 400Mhz is in fact 800Mhz DDR, which is theoretically 800*2=1600Mhz.
