He posted a thread on OCF, he says he has rubber washers under the motherboard.

lol who called you a moron?
So there's a 1 inch rubber spacer under the MB right?? Or did you mean 1cm? ;) Or 1mm?
Maybe this will make you see things a bit clearer:Quote:

I think maybe you needed a clearer picturer Mr. Xtreme Legend.
PS- I am just busting your chops Charlie. :p: Believe me, I would never let my mobo sit directly on metal. lol
oh.... mobo resting on the Vapo thumbscrews...
That's cool. No you wouldn't believe the things we've seen over the years... and the pic was a little unclear from the first angle. Always safe to point out the obviuos stuff, you know?
BTW, OT... tell me about that new ViewSonic Gaming monitor :D Great price for a big screen.
There is alot of negative reviews on the VX924 that was leading me towards not purchasing one. But I tried out Fear and some DVD's on my cousins monitor and after checking out just about every retail store for LCDS (Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSEXPENSIVE, MicroCenter, etc. etc.) I made up my mind on it for price/performance.Quote:

Kind regards,
15w soldering iron, 10k resistors, and some 30 guage copper wire, some guides would help too :P.
*UPDATE* 9/27/06
In preparation for a single stage Vapo LS upgrade and LN2 the Board is finished and just got some vmods:
Vcore, Vdroop, and VMCH:

PS- My Vapo LS has been received by Jinu117 and is currently being beefed up so the primary bench rig is out of commission until I get my Vapo back. I am pumped to say the least.
Jinu is hooking up the Vapo with some extra spice.
Nice:toast:
With Jinu's moded Vapo you can go high..
Thanks for the props Dumo.Quote:

I will provide results as soon as I receive the unit from him.
Kind regards,
You can ask Jinu to put a "K" type temp. wire, so you can hook up digital thermo to the Vapo's evaporator.
Those are some nice temps and awesome clocks. I want to purchase or make a phase/change system someday, but unfortunately there is the issue of money.
Until then, I'll stick with a watercooling setup.
wow
I lucked into this thread...I happen to have an e6600 and vapochill ls going in on tomorrow, so this will be cool!!
I am currently running 3.88ghz 8 x 485 vcore set to 1.6

I have an L627 E6700 and i can say that yours is better . I'm using a stronger Single stage (better temps) but your CPU clocks better .Quote:
