Yes I do....im working thru boards right now and seeing the same 5h1t as you are, I swap the board and the ram works and I swap it back and it does not.
I know you are getting an RMA, the issue may be the board though. Also remember these are mainly overclocking issues, if you booted with the CPU at stock speed and just set 800 mode i bet it would prime all day every day.

Not a 3:4 but fine at 2:3 with OCZ DDR2 1000's (#OCZ2P10002GEEK)
at rated specs of 4-5-4-15 and running and booting at 540 Mhz for effective DDR2 1080.,,,,,,,, 2.2v,,,,,,,,,360 fsb,,,,,,,,e6700,,,,,P5WDH Dlx
So I am guessing its a bad Idea to buy the OCZ plat 6400 mem.
Outpost has a swt deal for 2gb kit. $140 After Rebate.

Cheapest 2gb kit Ive found.
Considering all the problems, no, I don't think it's a good idea. Cheapest obviously doesn't mean the best :(

Tony I can affirm you with my platinum xtcs that they do work fine at stock speeds but any overclocked attempt whatsoever results in a non boot. I was abloe to boot up at 4-5-4-15 800mhz @ 266 fsb no problem and run memtest free of errors, but now I'm overclocked at 370x9 I can not chane the times from auto.
Me 2.
I'm running these sticks stable on an Asus P5B Deluxe (0507 bios) at 450 FSB.
DDR900 5-5-5-15 timings. 2.05 Dimm voltage.
On my Gigabyte DS3 (F4 bios) I can get a maximum of 430 FSB.
DDR860 5-5-5-15 timings. 2.00 Dimm voltage.
I had lots of stability issues running over 2.00v using the Gigabyte motherboard. I couldn't get any speeds other than stock to run stable until I lowered the voltage. It wasn't a PSU issue. I use an Antec Trio 650 watt PSU. It has three 12V rails rated at 19A each, and I'm not running SLI.
Rev2 or Rev1?
If you are using Rev1, you are the first I've heard without problems. Do you mind listing the settings you've used?
I am using Rev 1.Quote:

I had the exact same problems as many people described. Dual prime was not stable for me even at stock FSB and the divider set to run at DDR 667. I tried everything and got frustrated until I saw someone on Anandtech saying he fixed the stability problem by lowering DDR voltages. I lowered my dimm voltage and I could suddenly push my FSB to 430.
I have tested my system to be dual prime stable for a full 24 hours using the blend test.
I have tried some Corsair sticks as well and they were not stable, so this might not be an issue affecting OCZ memory only. I really doubt RMAing your sticks will help either, because I have tried out another pair of the same Rev 1 Platinum 6400 DDR2 2 gb kits and they had the same issues. I also notice this behavior on multiple DS3 boards, and the same 430 FSB wall on 2 DS3s I tried. With the P5B Deluxe I can get 480 FSB stable using the same hardware.

Yey i have hope!
Perhaps you can give those settings to Tony or one of the other OCZ's reps to assist them in assisting all of us.Quote:

I jumped the gun last night. Even with so many people having issues with them. I think the problem is rather isolated to only a group of people with bad sticks. Well i'll keep my fingers crossed and see what group I fall into.
I can tell you I had zero issues with mine.Quote:

Well I'm pretty much set on ordering an MSI 975X PPUE and E6400 tomorrow... will report back here with my findings with the RAM!

I used the settings posted in this thread. There are already screen shots of the bios here so I won't repost them. However, I don't overvolt FSB, MCH or PCI Express voltages. They are set at auto. CPU is manually set at 1.325v because with the F4 bios it will overvolt automatically for you if you set it to Normal. I also changed my memory timings to 5-5-5-15.Quote:

For most of the memory settings all I see are AUTO :( The screenshots in that thread show 4-4-4-12, but your CPU-Z shows 5-5-5-15? What exactly did you use? What would be *REALLY* helpful is if you ran Memset and posted a screenshot of the values listed. You can get it here: http://rv.page.cegetel.net.perso.ceg...mSet22beta.zip
Sorry, you're right. I changed the memory timings to 5-5-5-15 as well. I'll update the other post. This is the memset using the Asus board.Quote:

Hmm, those blank fields are weird. Could you possibly reboot and run Memtest right away to see if they are filled in?

DS3 + OCZ 2gb Platinum 6400 XTC Kit from Outpost/Fry's.
Make sure "Memory Performance Enhance" is set to Fast and NOT Normal or Turbo.
Make sure DIMM OverVoltage Control is not more than +0.2V
^^ I did notice that if I go over 2.1V, memtest and Orthos BOMB immediately. I tried all different voltages (low and high) and 2.1VDIMM was the most stable by far.
OCZ said my new RAM should ship tomorrow FedEx, so I'll post results ASAP. I still don't know what they're sending me, although they said "upgrade." It'd be nice if they sent me the Rev. 2 stuff. :)
