edit - scratch that, got mine sorted here. I'd probably agree that anything over 360fsb is gonna be hard work on this board. I might be wrong, & until I figure out the dividers I can't rule out my DDR2-533 as the limiting factor. But my first impression is that I will keep this board for a e6400 at the very least, & perhaps get a P5b for this e6300 chip :D

How do you get such a high FSB?
I have a E6600, same board, g.e.i.l. 800mhz 4-4-4 memory and over 310mhz fsb my windows won't load. Am i doing something wrong?
nothing most likely, NF4 IE is just a horrible OC chip
Are you running 1:1 PhydomiR? ie 1240/620 (fsb/ram) at the mo? Set mem timings manually, loose enough & correct vmem for the GEIL?
My NB voltage is ~1.55v, memory 1.9v, and vcore default at 7x345mhz (or 1380/690 in fsb/ram terms). Also fsb termination is @ 1.215v, this is from memory so forgive any mistakes - I can't reboot this machine atm to check.
With a higher multiplier chip I suppose you might need more vcore, I'm not sure when the vcore requirement ramps up for higher mhz C2D, since mine is only 2.4Ghz atm. GL

It's probably the Crush 19 chipset on this board that is holding my FSB to 320.
Yes i run mem 1:1. But i set the mem volt to 2.1 (sticker on the mem sais 2.1v). Maybe i should also raise the NB voltage then.Quote:

Just hanging arround 330MHz with E6600, will be happy to get full 3GHz ;)
