As an example, 1.525vcore set in bios = 1.56 reading in windows = 1.591v reading at a coil leg with a DMM. Water idle temps in bios at stock boot are like 31 deg. At 1.53v at 3900mhz, bios reports cloe to 60's temp. Under load in windows at those settings temps reported by asus at 70 deg. (by the way the sides of my water block are not even warm and yes it is seated fine, checkd and reseated a few times) also the DH at the same settings was reporting about 10 to 15 degrees lower. Something is clearly off with those temps even with the higher voltage. In any case the system seems stable even at those rediculously high temp reports. Oh and the vdroop under load at say 1.58v drops down to 1.55v.
