I know the cpuz in second pic shows 2.6 but the mutli changes to 6x when not under load .... its at 3.1

It alittle crazy... it wont boot into windows any higher then 3.2ghz, and @ 3.3 and 3.2 it will run for about 2-4minutes then reset itself????

ok did some more priming now :)...........stopped at default vcore, 2.1vdimm and dead slow fan so i bumped fan to max, 2.2vdimm (~480 was 2.1vdimm limit so probably that was the cause but anyways) and bumped vcore to 1.35v in bios

Does it appear that the OEM and RETAIL package processors are giving the same overclocking yield?
Maybe thats just my 'old school' train of thought playing - but it has been my experience that Retail processors have had the better yield.
