Do not mix G12 with G11 unless it's G12+ (at least not if you wanna use it in a WC).
G12+ should be purple, but this one looks very similiar to the G12 pink.
Anyway here's some G30/G12+ BASF Alu Protect Premium for comparison (although without proper calibration these image colors are not really accurate).

I have just got some of the G12 to use myself.
I would like it quite a deep colour but, the bottle says to mix it 1:9 which from the pinks above looks rly weak. Can I just mix it in a more concentrate solution or will this cause me problems??

Not a good idea, considering its basically pure Ethylene Glycol + Dye.

Since I'm more of a performance-oriented person, I put 1:9 (10%) on all of the bottles (even though that can be considered too high) and noted on the website that you can use more to enhance the color, if desired. The only thing it'll hurt are your temps :rolleyes:
BTW, I added a UV shot to the website but the color is just a tiny bit off (it becomes more of a red-orange under UV light at 100%).

Darn, its a little too pink for me. Too bad you cant get a nice solid red without clogging the jets of your waterblock or killing performance.
Looks nice and red-orange under UV. Anyway pink is very fitting for all you bling-obssessed pansies imo =p

G12 (+) is silicate free as well. Propylene gylcol has higher viscosity and less thermal capacity, main advantage is it's less toxic in oral intake. Anyway both should perform very similiar, especially at 10% solution.Quote:

I've heard that before. Good reason for taking G12(+) over G11 imo... I dont give a toss about the white film on tubing from silicates, but clogging is always a concern with (semi)impingment blocks.Quote:

If you wouldn't be satisfied with the blueish at 1P/9W what would be the best think to add to give that extra blue a kick? Even though I know that UV dyes generally are not recommended. Is there anything you could add that won't hurt performance to give some extra blue color?

The coolant in that loop is Gigabytes coolant that comes with the Gigabyte 3d Galaxy kit.
