Happy to read such realistic and intelligent words.Quote:

That explais my regular asking for comparison between badaxe and other mainboards

So people must know that Bad Axe doesn't work fine at 1333 so the results cannot be compared with the other m/bs.
Tyrou your results are very nice although..

If you set the strap on the Bad Axe to 1333MHz and memory to 667MHz, you should be running 1:1. But if you check CPU-Z, it says you're running 4:5. So either the BIOS is wrong or CPU-Z has a bug.
could it be dram throttling or something?
Don't know, but something is fishy on Bad Axe because people can only get the super memory speeds with 1333 strap.
Thanks George! I'm 100% sure it's the case as well in ALL of those below:Quote:

All on 975X BadAxe, Conroe and at which appears to be 1333 strap with 4:5 ratio...
Well, I think that even DDR2-1000 8-3-3-3.0 is quite a lot to ask at 2.5-2.7v :fact: Those new Microns D9XXX are great, but that THAT great yet :)Quote:

Run few extra benches at and compare results before getting super-excited. Those results at CAS3 are way beyond anything else we've seen so far from new D9xxx and should sound an "alarm" already ;) Just a thought...
2.75v.. nice. BH-5 of DDR2 or what.

Damn 2.75v! But great speed though, very nice man! :toast:
Thanks for this, awesome information for everyone. We are doublechecking this in the labs right now. ευχαριστίες, φίλος!Quote:

How long can you expect these sticks to last at 2.75v? I don't feel like burning this $450 ram.
