bandwidth is great but the other benches are to close to socket 939 results imo.
Maybe this has potential to perform better as S939 but I wouldn't call it worth the upgrade until now.
Nice work OPP, at least some serious benching FX62 ;)

AM2=Bandwidth king? Something Intel can't touch :) Bring back hope for AM2!
I wouldn't run 800 at 2T, there is no reason. Both this Corsair 6400C3 and the 8500C5 run 800 at 1T.Quote:

Very nice! Thanks for sharing... I cant wait to get a FX-62 myself :-)

12000 Mb/s bandwith :slobber:
thanks for sharing Opp
I'm liking AM2, it should be a great platform for the next gen of processors from AMD.
Nice to see that even the current gen CPU's benefit from the transition to DDRII
I forgot to mention one thing. There is a differance.Quote:

This kinda sucks, the socket step may be a micro tad higher then the core.

I threw my Corsair 8500C5 in along with my 6400C4 for 4 gigs of ram.
Hows this 4-way interleave action:D
OPP
awesome opp, did u try to run all 4 on 1T first?
Nice! Have you tried it for 3d yet?Quote:

edit: to add, i'm impressed, both with the bandwidth and that all 4 banks perform quite nicely
are you gonna try to knockem down to 800 1T and see if it benefits, or are you sure it wont?
Well as for 01 it did a tad better, just a tad.
The 4gig one is the 44.3 score.
OPP
Yea I will but the problem with the 8500C5 ram is it can't run 3-3-3-5 1T at 800MHz like the 6400C3 does.Quote:

800MHz 1T doesn't work at all:D
I guess if you want 4 gigs run it at high MHz useing 2T.
OPP
woah nice bandwith results dude, cant wait to see more from it
