Anyone foolish enough to buy a CPU from Malaysia from a private feedback seller deserves to be taken for a ride. As for the cascade, anyone that knows refrigeration can make one. Not to say that it is easy, but it is something that is available retail (the parts). Those CPU's even say "Intel Confidential" on them. LOL!Quote:

I agree that this is stupid. It's not like someone's testing K10 or something; Conroe and Merom have been widely available for a while now.
Are they available in retail? no. Not fair. I shouldn't have to over pay in a forum or shady ebay auction just so I can compete. Cooling is just one of the things you can do to push the hardware above everyone else. You should know that.

No one should be allowed to post scores of pre released hw. The minute they are realeased they are all game and don't even consider ebay a way to get it for everyone. There are what 8 or so on ebay so maybe 8 more people would have it :rolleyes: And no not everyone can but it here at xs with the 100post count rule to buy. And coolingis a completely different topic becasue future mark says oc'ing is allowed.
