4.22v would probably just not boot. ;) Depending on your memory 4v is do able. Max i've done was 4.1v. These were with BH-5 on a Infinity.Quote:

They are still alive though..... :D ;)
still waiting for the word on where to order one :)
Great work hipro, Any idea if this will work fine on the dfi infinity nforce 2?
We will see about the compatibilities with different mobos..... ;)
In case that someone wants to feed 4 x 256MB or 4 x 512MB Ram modules , there is ALSO a way to do so with soldering on the motherboard 3 (three) cables........ ;)
$ 121 to be exact.Quote:

Hi there guys..... :)
Yes PM's inbox is full....I'll clean it up ..... :D
I would like to thank you for your support ....... :toast:
As for the online shops , I'll tell you as soon as I'm ready......I'll give you links of them......Another two have been added...... ;) :)
This week we will have some UPDATE...... ;) :)
hipro5, I think your wish came true. Look here But wouldn't that kind of power be an overkill.
I've been holding off on the OCZ unit for a while now hopefully this week we can get some shops to order from :) I'm sure they'll be sold out in the first few hours hehe.
Very nice indeed hipro.
An idea for a future feature would be remote sensing - with long leads running from the unit to vdimm etc, there is going to be some drop across the lines under heavy loads....some remote sense wires for output tracking will sort that out.
One other thing, from my own experience of making small runs of custom pcb's - with the sheer number of hand only solderable components, which robotic assembly machines cannot cope with - productions costs are going to be rather high...unless you plan to hand solder them all yourself, which will take hours per unit.
Robotic assembly nowadays consist of pick and place machines, which mainly handle SMT components only - anything that isn't SMT or bulky, tends to be hand soldered at the end of the production line - if most/all the design is non SMT, costs will be high.
Altho you have probably looked into this side of things anyway.
Thanks for your thoughts......... ;)Quote:

As you propably not read well - or you just missed it - I wrote that the drop from zero Ampers to about 25 Ampers loads was 10mV and after that - with some improvements - it is now - I wrote it down too a long time ago - about 1.5 to 2.5mV.......Everything is taken good care of......... ;)
Is that drop measured at the source, or after about a foot of wire, at the load?
All measures where been taken on the pins of the DDR modules........ ;)Quote:

I live in Canada and I would be honor'd to be one of the first Canucks to own one of your beauties. Once you are able to disclose the name(s) of any canadian resellers you're working with I'd greatly appreciate knowing how it's gonna work out for pricing up here.
If someone could point me towards a VERY clear pic and/or guide for doing the OVP cut/mod on my Lanparty Pro 875B revB I woudl be very greatfull......hipro.....think I could do BETA testing with my Lanparty 875B?
what's the price ?
This is alittle off topic, but Im just curious,
Do you make your livin' out of this? (making overclocking devices), or do you work at some engeneer office doing something that doesnt involve overclocking.
And are you an electrian engeneer?
Just admire your skills ;)
And will this device be better than the OCZ booster, then if it is, how then?
Thanks
I can´t belive this Hipro!!! this is i call Xtreme!!!!
And to latin America any seller? i want one!! blue leds, red leds, i don´t care i think my memories will be in red color when i put 4V jejejeje.
Very nice job! hipro!!
Update? Btw does the device require a -5v line to function like the OCZ booster?
Any updates on this (was there a new thread on it?)?
i want one of these soooo bad. I keep checking for updates from time to time.
Maybe Hipro5 is going to senn his design to OCZ like Cathar sold his WhiteWater design to D-Tek
Sweet!! Would you be adding fan/s to finished product? Can't wait.. :slobber:
No.......It has NO issues with different PSUs out there......It doesn't matter what PSU we have coz it "takes" it's power from +12V and +5V lines........ ;)Quote:

Thats some nice hardware your making hipro5. Are we going to see user friendly controls from outside the case. Sort of like a fan controller?
i wonder how this rates compared to commercial versions of the same thing.....
