hey saaya mine CH-5 doesnt report anything in AIDA32...any other program ?
only CPU-Z reports them as MELCO...
Hey guys!
Just a quick heads-up about a UK online shop which has 4 sticks of bh-5 still in stock - Ive got mine which is why I am telling you now - www.overclock.co.uk have 4 OCZ PC3500 Platinum Limited Edition 256 MB CL2 DDR Enhanced Latency Memory in stock which according almost every online review I have read is definately bh-5 memory.
http://www.overclock.co.uk/customer/...=17069&cat=597
?
66Ł OMG....that's more then 100$ for 256mb...geeze :stick:
Wow... sure it's BH-5??? 2-2-3-6 is quite conservative, huh?!
That was the timingas that OCZ gave it. KHX 3500 and corsair 3500 had "slack" timings too.Quote:

Okay guys... but the OCZ was supposed to be the best-performing BH-5, wasn't it?
;)
Yeah, I know, there was no BH-5 advertised to do PC433 at 2-2-2-5... :D
yeah, from what ive seen ocz bh5 is performing extraordinary well, maybe because of the pcb...
but ive only heard of like 5 sticks... so its hard to tell
Mushkin Level II was :p:Quote:

I just came up on some 2*256mb No Name bh-5 (247WE W942508BH-5) and Ive been burnin it in. Ive been able to run memtest86 test #5 for 18 hours now at 260x8 with absolutly no errors. Now when I try to go into windows it is very unstable. I also have some ch-5 and some twinmos 43b's and both of them will do 260x8 or 260x10 stable. Even if I drop the mem down to 250 windows is still laggin majorly and no way will it even run one test of 3dmark. Ive tried every timing possible on this ram and its no help. I know the ram can do those speeds and I know the board and processor can, just not all together. Does anyone have any advise for me? This is really mind boggling. I meen one of the 2 sticks are memtest stable at 270 2,2,2,5 timings but on that same stick in any slot at 250, it still wont stable out. I tried every LTD and lowering or raising it dont help.im on my dfi 250gb and im using the Jess 10/15 bios just so every one knows.
Shroomy
thx a lot shroomy :toast:
hmmm i guess its your cpu man... some 754 cpus seem to reach up to 290 with 2 512mb sticks, others cant get past 240... :/

i barerly get around 245 stable....
thx a lot waus mod! :toast:

KHX3200K2/1G
is it BH-5 ?
Update, been burning in my CH-5 for the past couple of days. It now rus at a 2,2,2,5 timings were before it would only run at 2,3,2,5 timings. wouldnt even boot at 200 2,2,2,5. After alot of agressive burning in, it is now memtest stable at 250 2,2,2,5 timings with 3.4v. Sad thing is my rig wont get 3d stable at 250 @ 2,2,2 timings with any ram.

yeap im on a dfi lp nf3 250 ut.
VDD? that is the chipset voltage? think ive runned it on 1.7 or 1.8 not sure.. i just might juice it up to 1.9..
funny thing of the khx3000 sticks.. both of em are dubble sided. so first stick are kingston relabled "0306" on both sides. and the other stick , the one side are "0306" and the other "0319" from wat ive read the 0319 are ch5 ? or? funny that they used 2 diffrent chip on a stick of ram
I am looking at buying a 256mb stick of ADATA PC3200 that is about 18 months old... it is rated at 2-3-2-5... can someone tell me if the chips on it are BH5 or not please?
The code on the IC's is:
20327
ADD8608A8A-5B
Thanks in advance
I can't pull the heatspreaders and the program I d/l isn't telling me the week of production for them but I have 2 x 511 Corsair 3500 C2 v1.1 that do 252 and 257 single channel with 3.2 volts in my AN7
okey.. little more testing my 2x256 "3125E" does 267mhz 1.5-2-2 @ 3.59 volts. just 3 mhz from 270 pisses mi off :S changing cas latency dosent affect anything.
if i set my DDR booster over 3.6 volts my system bootds award CMOS thingy :/
As far as I know these are A-Data labled Mitsubishi Chips. No Winbond there. ;)Quote:
