What I meant was if you can use the later BIOS with just one DIMM then it might help determine if the RAM is the issue.
I will try this week with some other DIMM's, maybe G.Skill or Kingston,
so we will know for sure.
Interestingly Asrock has now posted up L1.95A, which is pretty fast considering minimal testing.
Well, they released some new BIOS-es for the Extreme9 - they did not forget they AMD users.
Like some other brands that don't give a damn about AMD anymore - no new releases and support.
They've been working on an E9 update for awhile as there are a number of issues that needed to be corrected.
Well, there is a the V1.30, and there are some betas, like L1.23 and many more.
They do care for AMD. After all, ASRock sells more cheeps stuff than high-end rigs.
Well, I have sent an enormous email to ASRock support - they now work on some of my ideas
on this board, and hope they will success with the Fatal1ty - and implement that features to all premium ASRock boards.
Lets hope for the best...
