Another update.
Finishing up the front panel.
http://img832.imageshack.us/img832/8527/pc0022.jpg
made 4 fitting
http://img203.imageshack.us/img203/4717/pc0023.jpg
testing without the front tape

That what t look like from behind
http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/680/pc0025.jpg
I didn't want to drill the front panel for the fitting, so I got myself some JB weld. its should hold the powder coating fine.
http://img441.imageshack.us/img441/9268/pc0026.jpg
marked the fitting.
http://img690.imageshack.us/img690/7335/pc0027.jpg
I then used the dremel to make a little dent for the JB Weld to stick better.
http://img693.imageshack.us/img693/3617/pc0028.jpg
Fitting done and sanded where the Weld is going to be for better contact.
http://img836.imageshack.us/img836/5629/pc0029.jpg
Clean the whole thing with Acetone.
http://img814.imageshack.us/img814/108/pc0030.jpg
Finished (well, need to let it dry for 24hrs to work on it again)
http://img714.imageshack.us/img714/7543/pc0031.jpg
Next, the original top backplate just doesn't cut it :)

Cut to size the rez holder

Made a back plate to hide the 24 pin hole as I won't be using it and the plexi rez holder will be over it anyways.

I see you have installed the ASUS cover for the MB ports, I've tried on three different builds to get the MB to line up with ports and couldn't get it.
I even ripped off the foam off the back....I couldn't get the MB screw slots to line up with that cover installed...I see other people are using them.
I tried to push on the MB while trying to attach the screws, but just couldn't get it:confused:
Although, I figured it was just more air flow and not a big deal, although it would be nice for other peoples computer
Sorry to resurrect this thread.
Got a quick question for op, Since you have cut 2 hdd bay slots at the bottom.
What is the measurements from floor to the last hdd?
Thanks.
Edit: Didn't know you used the MCR220 Radiator, same one I have.
Anything new with this build?
