Hi all.
I own a black silverstone tj09. However, the interior is bare aluminium so as part of my first mod I would like to paint the inside black.
Can I just use a basic aluminium primer and then a black spray paint over it, or do I need more specialised paint and method?
Of course Iam looking for a quality finish so I dont mind spending more money to get the desired effect.
I came across these two products. Are they what I need?

Help would be much appreciated. Thanks:)

I'm having a go at it with 400 grit, primer (not sure what kind exactly), 1000 grit, enamel paint and clearcoat. I have found some insane guides that take forever on the net, can someone just give me a basic method to get this done? I don't care if it's not a mirror finish and i don't care if it's not "car show" worthy:rolleyes:

Subscribed for future reference, very nicely done :)

Ok i didn't buy a million grits of sandpaper  Forgot to get the etch primer and just got regular primer, wasn't going to go back to the store......couldn't get the paint off in certain spots so it's either that or i put too much primer  Black shows through a little in spots, but whatever i'm happy with the end result. I have some blue paint left over, thinking about painting the Centurion logo, not sure if i should leave the silver trim/bolts the way it is or paint it white since i also found some white paint and used it on the front grill/fans.
