These days I'm organising the second batch of them......Aluminium boxes was made here in Hellas and EACH one of them with it's front panel - full box -was cost 16 Euros to us...... :eek: :mad:

Now I'm making contacts with Taiwan and China (more competitive in prices) to see how much will they cost...... ;)

ENTIRE Europe is NO GO for PCB fabrication and assembling.....I've send e-mails to a lot of companies in Europe but it's a no go.....Even in Polland that I thought it would be cheep, I was wrong.......What's going on?...... :(

Erm well if China revalued there currency to what it should be, then maybe they wouldnt be SO cheap.

So the first lot is already in China being made? (500 units)

China and Taiwan too 60% / 40%......exept the boxes.......

I just checked, make that 7 pre-orders I have Hipro :) Due to the wait some seem to have givven up the wait and went to the Booster side .....

So at the mo I only need 8 pieces (7 pre-orders+ 1 for me :) )

I Imagen they are still working on everything. I think maybe now everything is final and production will begin soon (production is the quickest part of everything I believe)

There just goes A LOT of paperwork and planning into this. Thats whats so time consuming

i'm reading the manual right now and find it unclear what kind of 'connecting cable' is supplied with the Maximizer.

Does it have a 9 pin connector on one side and 2 molex and a green 4pin connector on the other side?

Hipro maybe you could show us a photo?

thanks man :toast: very clear photo. and my guess was right afterall.

Only Hipro refers in his manual to a green 9pin connector on the back of the maximizer :stick: 8 pins as far as i can see...

It was only a few days back when I first found this thread, http://www.werbeyond.com/forum/image..._ashamed01.gif as I was looking for a way to mod a certain Booster ;) to make it more user friendly... :eek: :slobber: ... :woot:
This is exactly what I was thinking of... and a LOT more!!! ;) :cool:
I hope it will arrive soon, so that I can give my beloved BH-5 (OCZ EL DDR PC-3500 Dual Channel Platinum Limited Edition) what it so desperately needs! :p:

that doesnt seem like very many to me i think you will need alot more then that. you think there are only 500 users that have bh-5 and crave overclocking goodies hehe.

well atleast if you make that few have them on call to pump out some more after resellers buy you out and are calling you up for more in 3-4 days after they are released
