@ TheGanG: sorry, is it true what the CPUZ reported about pcie link width? It showed 8x and I think your mobo need to replace with the good one. RMA needed :D

I'm looking forward to get me the DK P45 T2RS plus for my benching rig.
How possible is it to reach an FSB around 650-660 (Spi stable) without buying more than one board and picking out the best?
@TheGanG:
What is the Highest FSB you reached with an Dual Core?
Thanks :yepp:
Hey Hunter ;)
FSB615 Prime Large stable, my maximum within a few days testing was FSB660 1M + Bootup 640-650MHz, but if you want this Board for 1M you will need a bios with 1M Bug, 812 seems to be the fastest and has the important Voltage Refresh Option but there is no vdroop control.
I prefer booting DOS @ USB for flashing just the common way ;)
Got a P45-T3RSB today, just waiting on some DDR3 so I can get her up and running. Which is the best bios to be using at the moment?
What bios is the best for quad oc?
The current bios is 10/03/2008 and i have much trouble to get near a fsb of about 475 for 4ghz
Hi, here are my results :)
bios 10/03/08

http://img17.imageshack.us/img17/451/10316sbk8.jpg
http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/8829/...ck14135jp4.png
and for stable 24/7 work:
NB 1.200V, VTT 1.24V, VCORE 1.328V at load.
http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/5273/4054mhzpr0.png
and why DFI put the CMOS jumper behind the GPU?
i now there is one on the back I\O but i can't get him with my CM690.
however.. why they put him behind the GPU?
Good job!
Hi,
I 've got this board and it's a funny one
My e8400 can reach high fsb on it
I show you some results that i got on air, i'm testing the bios 725
and benching Superpi1M :)
Then it can boot 600mhz FSB straight from bios
Today testing 500x8 Prime95 blend test

Hey Guys, I finally received my DK P45 plus.
I'm pretty impressed, but sometimes I have the feeling this thing is doing whatever it wants to :D
So I need your help. I'm up at 606Mhz FSB right now SPI 1 m stable, with the following settings:
Multi:6
FSB:600
Clock Amplitude:900mV
Clock 0 skew:200
Clock 1 skew:0
Strap: 333/667
CPU Feature:
All Disabled besides Core Multi Processing
Dram Timing:
Enhance Data Transmitting: Fast
Enhance Adressing: Fast
T2 dispatch: Disabled
Clock Setting Fine Delay:
Model 3
Model 3
Model 1
Auto
5
5
5
15
All the others on Auto
Voltage Settings:
CPU: +270 mV
Ram: 2,35V
PLL:1,55
NB:1,42
VTT:1,38
Clockgen:3,60
GTL0:0,61
GTL1:0,61
NB GTL:0,58
FSB Ref:28 (Tried 29, 2A, 2C --> getting worse)
That's what I found out so far. Any ideas or suggestions? Looking for 630-640Mhz FSB bootstable at least.
Thanks!
^^^ try pll at 1.75v
also, depending on your ram try Clock Setting Fine Delay 5-5-1 and 0-0-2
Testing 3DM06
CPU cooling: water

Hi guys, I know my board is a little bit of topic, and I will make it up some day by firing up my DK P45-T2RS Plus, but the purpose here is the same: Highest FSB with my JR P45-T2RS and water cooled E8600
Max FSB CPU-Z validation at FSB640 http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=513299
Highest FSB and SPI 1M was 625
Attachment 95264
Highest stable SPi 32M was 610
Attachment 95265
Fastest SPi 1M was 9,5 seconds (could be quicker, but its hot in here)
Attachment 95266
A pic of the system at its best
Attachment 95267
Now my memorydoes not want to play when it reaches anything above 1280MHz, is there some kind of a trick to ease the pain on the memory and make it go higher? Easing timings to 6-7-7 does not do so much.
Can someone share the bios setting of DK P45 T2RS Plus with 4gb kit memory + e8x series processor? I used Gskill GPBK 4 gb kit with E8500 E0 stepping and still can't hit the "magical" number of fsb: 500 :D
Made a new test with Q9650... But WPrime is hell bad

Anyone with DK P45-T2RS and a 9800GX2? My EVGA 9800GX2 SC doesn't work on that mobo if i overclock it. At default settings i get a post buf if i overclock my CPU, it resets on starting windows
GPU: Stock settings, PCi E: 100 MHz, mobo's external voltage for VGA (like old Abit AW9D Max) plugged. Just CPU oced...
