I've only prime tested up to 2.6 GHz but don't want to put more thane 1.425 volts through it, as I only have modest air cooling.

Hey guys, first post over here. I'm from DFI-street and i think I might be the first post in this thread with the stepping I have.
Last week I bought a LDBFE 0619WPBW stepping 3800+ X2 from Fry's. It appears to be to be a relatively poor overclocker with a "quicky OCing session" that yielded a 2.65GHz @ 1.59vcore under water. I don't know how stable this is but either way... it's not good.

Oh well, it's going into my mom's rig and I'll only OC it to whatever it will do on the 1.4v "stock" voltage. She won't tell the difference.

Haha, i can either buy the x2 3800+ with that stepping for $430AUS or buy an opteron with a damn good stepping for $500AUS. !

I took the same risk with the CCBBE 0610 165 (I was one of the first along with Spazilton to own a CCBBE 0610 opty) and look how it turned out :D
Alright guys i just found another one, CCBWE 0544, i know you all want me to test the new one, ill buy the new stepping only if this is some dodgy stepping.

This Chip Was tryed on my Chilly1 Phase but wouldnt post with anythink over 240 FSB. Im sure this chip would be a serious clocker if it was on water.
Got 3800+ Manchie from frys its a LDBFE 0619WPBW
Doing 2800mhz at 1,550v 100% stable but it can go higher even if I up the vcore to 1,7v not even 10mhz more... realy strange (not even in clockgen...)
Looks like the 0619 stepping is a bit on the hit or miss side.

Mate i can bench at 3200Mhz with the LDBHE stepping, however Core 2 will fail prime after 10minutes or so. Just wondered if this was the case with urs.
Looking good tho mate,id say its around as good or better than this one i have which also is picked from around 7 3800X2's :D I run 3100Mhz 1.55v Prime stable. I think im gona pump some more juice thro it.
Whats the Max 24/7 voltage u reckon on SS Phase with one of these.
