Really good, but I think that is really more than enough for this kind of cooling :)Quote:

I'll have to go by CompUSA and pick one up. You think thats a good price? Wish I could get them to beat newegg's price.
Edit: Crap, no stock... CompUSA - :slapass:
venice 3200+ currently at 2780mhz 32m spi stable

Some of us need an insane viltage to reach such speeds, many Venice CPUs suck a horses behind.
I can't find any local stores that have any Venices. We don't have Fry's here. Any suggestions? :(
I've got an Idea. Im going to start calling every online retailer and see if they will tell me the steppings they have.. if I get any that will tell me, what should I ask for? What would be the BEST and if they didnt have that what would be good. Need a list to ask for
Thanks everyone :)
Edit: Mwave.com: "No theres NO way!" - Wow that was a Bit**!!
Do NOT call these people. :stick:
3000+ EPAW and DPBW seem good
317*9 after 2h 35 minutes prime errors :)
1.275*123% bios aka 1.52 appx in cpu-z
not bad eh for Zalman 7000b-alcu :woot:
www.thegrafixguy.com Was really nice but he said they have several differnet warehouses and that its not possible... hmmm maybe all these online retailers ship from the same warehouse?
Go to the closest chinatown, forget about CompUSA-type places. If you find a place with the AMD64/ FX flag in the window , go there and find the guy with the worst hair possible, and ask him if you can hand-pick a chip.
Regardless of week, it is always a bit of a crapshoot, but if you know exactly what ones you're looking for, that might work. They probably only have ones that aren't even listed on here yet.
Well I don't believe Arkansas has chinatowns. All the places I called here still have suckass socket 754's or not any Venices, or they don't even know WTF a Venice Core A64 Is!Quote:

Point was, your cold is isolated under the heatsink in a small area. I had/have to bring mine from a much further distance and condensation presents more of a problem if not insulated properly. Thus the more extensive insulating technique, even though it may not be as cold as yours.
My system specs in sig.
This is 32meg pi stable / prime95 .

Im really dissapointed because all the other EPAW's seem to be getting 2800mhz. :(
