Board is very stron on Cpu Side,asrock=1.23 prime, asus needed 1.28 :D However this is the SECOND MOBO where my samsung kit which works 2800 normal ambient(2860 cold) 9-12-12 1.9V on asus all range mobo(gene+formula+ex) on this model they refuse to boot 2800 even with 2V,wtf ....PSC runs better on OC Formula,Bbse will test tomorrow, but i am very dissapointed with samsungs!

This mobo really friendly with samsung, just change bios timings for 2800+ boot up
I can't,tried 1.42G,1.42K,1.6,2.0 bios,set timings manual,pop 1.95 even,9-12-12 ==:>55.10-12-12 can do,cas 9 no....
55 code alex?
Just use asus for bbse/samsung and OCF for psc and hynix :D They both prefer different IC's just strange thing I guess.
I can promise to you nick is working hard on samsung tuning on z87 board I think you will be pleased
Alex, just try Microns on OC Formula :)
BEST BIOS 1.60
TEST with 2666 Gskill 11-13-13-35
2800 CL 12-14-13-35 volt 1.65

They work fine,at least on daily use.I tought it will be in the same range as micron's arhitecture is not so mobo dependant as psc, bbse or other animals.Asus m5g set in bios 1.64==>1.635~6,Asrock Oc Forumula set in bios 1.61==>1.635,same deal. Will try some benching following days.

Silvers for 1m and 32m global :D not too shabby. IMC is totally maxed at 1240. can boot 1300 directly but not 32m stable at any timings. Still a good run.
Well done mister splave :D For 1M try lower maxmem=160 MB and copy-wazza with small size 1-1.5 GB,i found it works best, also fiddling with hw acc and write combinin can give you #1 .Nevertheless, big congrats!
Nice work Splave, nice pic too, good to hear board is still going strong
Have you controlled VDImm whether also lies close with 1.78 V of BIOS opposed, also really so much?Quote:

Yeah early sample board need mod for freezing memory or voltage drops when the board reaches a certain temp
O.K
With me that was in such a way that with 1.79 V of BIOS, only 1,695 V lay close, all the same warmly or coldly.
Hey guys, got this board recently, but it refuses to boot with two separate 2133 kits, a gskill 8gb and a corsair 32gb with everything set on default using XMP or manually setting the divider. After tinkering around with it for several hours I discovered that the 2133 divider simply doesn't work. If I set it at 1866 or 2200, the system is then able to boot correctly with either kit. Any tips or is this a bug with bios 2.00?
about to buy one of these, which Bios is the current recommendation?
Newest is best.
which number is that and where do i get it? :)
I have been using P2.0 lately and find it has been very good with a plethora of different ic's.
Though you can't go wrong with P1.6 as well, had no issues with it at all for 2D or 3D.
well i got lots of PSC to test, and my day to day samsungs.
a bbse kit to test as well, though not expecting too much.
not respone, anyone ?

MEI drivers installed? To be honest I never use that program, set IO and SA etc in bios and raise vcore bclk and multi with rapidOC program, and of course timings configurator
Thats a good point actually, if i can get the rapidoc app working the buttons will do what i need (bclck in windows)
