could you show some results?.. 2sec sounds a tad too much that is..
With my Shuttle AN50R w. NF3 150 chipset and my A64 3200+ at stockspeed (2000MHz) it took 47 seconds at 1M...Quote:

And at stockspeed with my Soltek Barebone w. NF3 250Gb it tkes me 45 seconds ;)
dont think its the CPU there m8....
47sec stock is WAAY to slow..
nf150 + gigabyte + a64 3200 = 42sec stock here.. I think it should be around the same on the nf250 maybe a tad faster (1sec..)
:)
Hmm, okay - When i ran the 1M with my 250Gb all the background programs were'nt closed, sooo - i dont know
look at this link http://219.113.251.125/c-board/c-boa...;tree=2598;id=Quote:

Its few seconds too slow, because the board wont boot if GAT is set to any other setting than Auto. Also CPU NB Strap must be set to 800FSB, which is darn slow :(
4.6GHz / 1.6V prescotts heat dissipation is just too much, to R404 Mach2. Compressor is popping and squirling, when I put some load on it. Next I will try some DI for the cpu, and the board definately needs some soldering job :D
what should CPU NB Strap be set to for good super pi scores?
533FSB would be the best, but it aint gonna happen with high fsb.
667FSB is also faster than 800FSB, but its also fsb limited :(
why? and with all intels?Quote:

I definatly need some new ram thou. This XMS C2 Pro Pc-3200 just isn't cutting it. No matter what I do it won't run past 220FSB.
try OCZ Platinum EB ! I get 256Mhz with my 3500 @ only 2,85VQuote:

With the specs in my sig I get 37 seconds in 1M, too lazy to go redo it for a screenie :D Hopefully I can save enough money for a LS but first Id like a X800XT, and I need volt mods, but this is my main rig I dont want to be without it for very long.
