I just orded one from novatech and will be with me monday. still have the one from ingram on back order but that one will be used at work anyway.
novatech have 28 left @ 9.25am

I have a p5w dh and gskill 6400 HZ with a ninja cooler and x1800 gto unlocked to 16 pipes waiting for this.

Mine just arrived, nice and early, glad I woke up unusually early today :D

Hopefully 3.6 on stock volts, that'd be nice but I'm not sure I'll reach that :cool:

Pandamonia - you ordered from Ebuyer right? Don't fret :p I called them and they said that the website hasnt updated the order tracking online. Call them up for your tracking number! Mine's already been loaded onto a van for delivery w00t! Just give them a call mate :)

Komplett.co.uk recieved a shipment of E6600's last night, which is rather good since their expected shipment read "21/08", they have about 60 in stock right now, price is still Â£220

Order Status: Picked

looks like next monday or tues, still have not decided on mobo/ram yet, and I need an LGA bracket for my XP90 :eek:

DS4 I think, no idea on RAM, I don't wanna spend too much PC6400 C4/C5 is good enough, any recommendations? Cheers

So true.

Thing is, I want to bench it, then I want it stable so I can go gaming. So I think I'll be official guinea pig for benching 24/7 - gaming stabilty rather than go against the main benchers (ala coolaler!)

But yeah, 4ghz, I agree is the goal.

I'm hoping for 3.5ghz air stable. But I am buying the tools to reach higher (uber air system and a new H/S & NB cooler).

p.s. Anyone who's brought the OEM, you don't want a Heatsink for free do ya? (stock) - You're paying the P&P though. (yes that includes the bloody envelope!) - Or if you know someone who's not gonna OC it mad. it's going here!

1. max OC on air
2. super pi 1m,2m ect.

welll, even tho i cancelled the order, novatechs E6600 was here this morning.

will have to wave the ebuyer one away i think as thats not here yet :0

all i need now are a few more bits for my phase jobbie to give that a go. i might even wait for that before starting the whole thing off.

OcUK are now showing the retail 6300s in stock but my friend who ordered one ages ago still hasn't got any update on his delivery. Anyone have some info on wether the in stock notice is accurate?

I'm gonna wait till the end of the month before I order my own. I'm still undecided on the DS3/DS4 choice.

I'm up for that, but can't until end of the month as I will be getting my final bits then.

I only ordered my monitor and HDD's yesterday, received my sunbeam rheobus yesterday and the 2x Tuniq Tower 120's came today and so did the Conroe.

Already got the case and floppy w/ media bits. I'll be ordering my Keyb and Opti drives later.

But why is it taking so long????????? COS THE NF590 aint out yet! ARGH!

Noobie question i know... but bear in mind I'm upgrading from an Athlon XP3000+ (yes... the old Socket A one)

It comes pre-enabled but it's possible to enable only one core. It clocks higher and scores better in 3dmark2001 and superpi because they're single threaded. Coolaler etc uses only 1 core when doing his wr's ;)

Interesting.. everyone replies to me ok usually.

My m8's got the E6400 and it's stuck on one core. So he says. So I was worried and thought it better to ask u as you brought it up. Spooky really.
